Create a Telegram bot

Message @BotFather on Telegram, run /newbot, and copy the bot token it gives you.

Add the bot token

Open Integrations → Social channels → Telegram and paste the bot token.

Register the webhook

Copy the Telegram webhook URL shown in flyhelpdesk and set it on your bot (the page can do this for you).

Messages become tickets

A customer messaging your bot opens a ticket; agent replies are delivered back over Telegram.

Open the setup screen
