Set up WhatsApp Cloud API

In Meta for Developers create a WhatsApp app and get a permanent access token and phone number ID.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Social channels → WhatsApp and paste the access token, phone number ID and a verify token.

Set the callback URL

Copy the WhatsApp webhook URL and verify token into Meta’s webhook settings and subscribe to messages.
